Terms and Conditions

• Food Safety Compliance
  All food prepared and delivered adheres to Food Safety Standards to ensure quality and safety. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that food is consumed within four hours of delivery.
• Allergen Disclaimer
  While we take care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee that menu items are free from allergenic materials. Customers are encouraged to review ingredients and advise guests as needed.
• Cancellations and Adjustments
  Cancellations made within two business days prior to the event will incur a 50% charge of the total order. Cancellations within one business day will be charged at 100%. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least three business days before the event.
• Payment Terms
  No prepayment or deposit is necessary. A tax invoice will be issued by UQU Accounts promptly after the event.
• About Schonell Catering
  Schonell Catering is operated by the University of Queensland Union (UQU), a not-for-profit organization. All profits are reinvested to benefit UQ students and enhance student programs.

  Please review the attached dietary requirements information and share it with guests as needed. For any questions or special assistance, feel free to contact us.
• Menu Item Availability
  While we strive for consistency in our offerings, menu items may occasionally be subject to change without prior notice due to supplier or seasonal constraints.
